ATMO-ACCESS Third call for Trans-National Access
Opens Oct 10 2022 12:00 (CEST)
Deadline Jan 5 2023 17:00 (CET)
Description

This 3rd call offers access to the most advanced atmospheric research facilities in Europe.

The call topic will be open and access modalities will be unrestricted.

If you would like to use ground-based observation stations, atmospheric simulation chambers, mobile facilities or central atmospheric science laboratories, this call presents the opportunity to enhance your existing requirements.

Access for a new and unconventional use of the facilities, which favors an effective combination of the research interest, knowledge, and resources of the user and the facility staff is strongly encouraged.

All you need to do is identify an enhancement to your ongoing research, development or innovation activities and interests that could be provided by access to any of our facilities. For example, you might be a manufacturer developing an instrument that needs to be tested, a researcher working with your local authority on a tricky air pollution problem or an Early Career Researcher wanting to test out your new theory or idea.

Eligible proposals are selected by an independent selection panel considering scientific excellence, technical merit, innovation and market-driven aspects.

TNA is provided free of charge to the selected users in person (physical access), remotely (remote access) or both, and includes the logistical, technological and scientific support and the specific training that is needed to use the services provided by the facility.

The call will be open until January 5th, 2023.

ATMO-ACCESS promotes gender equality in scientific research and specifically encourages applications from women.
